Some questions about one-way systems

Postby phil.liu » Mon Nov 13, 2017 6:44 am

For example:I have a system that contains :Some directional control valve、A one-way proportional flow valve
If I want to use DELTA control the proportional flow valve to control the position,Is it the way I want to do it?

Change the "Unidirectional Mode" to "Positive" because my proportional flow valve is 0-10v
Control forward movement:(1)Switching the directional valve makes the oil road in a positive moving state
(2)Use the instruction "Set Control Direction (96)" and Set the Direction of "POS (+ 1)".
(3)Use the command "Move Absolute (20)" to Move the axis to the target value
Control backward movement:(1)Switching the directional valve makes the oil road in a negative moving state
(2)Use the instruction "Set Control Direction (96)" and Set the Direction of "NEG (- 1)".
(3)Use the command "Move Absolute (20)" to Move the axis to the target value

I don't know if my idea is correct, I hope to get the answer!
Thank you!
