In the closed control mode, why Control output less than Output Deadband, the control output is not 0.0?
In my project, the Output Deadband is 0.08, when the position error is Small enough, the control output is 0.06
I think that when Control output less than Output Deadband, the control output is better to be 0.
0 is more conducive to the stability of the system than a very small value. Is it?
I am not exactly sure why that is. If you also have applied the Deadband Tolerance, then this is expected behavior. Otherwise, the Output Bias is applied after the Output Deadband and could affect the value.
Is it possible to think so,In closed control mode ,the control output is absolutely impossible 0.0,because the position error is absolutely impossible 0.0。
