Synchronized Open Loop

This shows how to syncronize 4 axes while in open loop control. This works exceptionally well on presses that are pressing a significant load and take a while to reach the final position, such as an OSB press.

With this program, you can set the open loop value at which you wish to move the cylinders, and the user program then moves the axes with that voltage while keeping the axes syncronized at the same positions. It does this by giving the specified open loop value to the axes furthest behind, then limiting the open loop voltage to the other axes to keep them in sync with the axis furthest behind.
