I talked to Moog yesterday and they gave me some things to look at. All I can do is look at data right now. We also discussed how to eliminate the internal loop by shorting out feedback to the internal loop, connecting the LVDT to the Delta, and using the inner Moog Servo amp as just an amplifier. Not sure we are to that point yet, but it might be a good option. So, I’m still trying to understand why there seems to be an offset of the Servo valve spool to keep it in it’s center. I’ll update this when I come to a conclusion, or more questions.
