Sir i have delta plc DVP12SA2 with LC201 loadcell controller card
I found problem in using PID
My application is to winding plastic roll and mention tension between loadcell and winding roll.
For winding perpose i am using delta vfd ms300. I have a analog output module 04Ad to send tension to vfd

  • based on loadcell kg value my pid isnt working properly
  • Can you guide me how whould i tune and set parameter of pid i have done auto tune but parameter isnt found successfull because pid output is fluctuating so kuch
