How much maximum flow of valve Corresponding electrical control range at least。

In the Previous projects ,maximum flow of valve Corresponding electrical control range is 2.5v(full range -10v~10v),Finally, the effect is not very good debugging。 I think the control range is too small is the main reason。Is it right?

I think the electrical control ranger the bigger the better 。 If you want to control well , the electrical vaild control range at least is up 80%。

Other reasons include:

  • Valve located far from the cylinder.
  • Hose from valve to cylinder instead of hard tubing.
  • Poor resolution feedback
  • Noisy feedback
  • Inconsistent system pressure
  • Poor quality valve

And yes, sizing the valve correctly so that about 80% of the range is used, is good practice.
