I just want to know how you change the scroll from horizontal to vertical on the command tool of RMC tools. Sometimes its vertical scroll (you can scroll from up to down to see all axis), but sometimes it changes to horizontal (left to right scroll).

The direction changes automatically based on the width of the window, and the vertical size of the largest command box, which is determined by how many command parameters it has. So the Curve Start Advanced command will make a long vertical box, but the Clear Faults (4) command will not.
If the vertical size of the largest command box takes up more than approximately 75% of the vertical space in the Command Tool, the orientation will be horizontal. If the vertical size of the largest command box takes up more than approximately 75% of the vertical space in the Command Tool, the orientation will be vertical.
So by adjusting the vertical size of the command tool, you can change the scroll orientation.
