RMC motion controllers don’t support ControlNet. An EL6652 will work for communication from an RMC to a Beckhoff PLC. We have a forum topic on this, see below link.
A Beckhoff TwinCat device can communicate with an RMC motion controller via EtherNet/IP.
Beckhoff currently has two listed EtherNet/IP scanner options:
