Conflicting oil needs

So if anyone has looked at my last post you know we are taxing our current system.
outside of the standard operations, is a manual hand feed smasher.
When someone crimps/smashes a part outside of the standard operation while the automatic operation is running… the crimped part get crushed sometimes.
my only thought is that the main machine is using all oil needed and the hand crimper get a influx of oil cause the machine operation has finished.
Ideas?

I can see how that happens because the press has kinetic energy and if the press makes contact before it is slowed down it will crush the part.
