What is the connection method to the RMC? RS-232 is quite slow. Ethernet is usually fast, unless the network traffic is heavy. Ethernet over the Internet can often be very slow.
I noticed that your RMCTools project had many windows open. It can help to close them.

When you attach videos, please use a common video format, such as mp4, wav, mov, etc. Executable files (exe) make us nervous.
