Download program change to 1 OR both axes of dual axis Delta

We use the Delta often to control two separate systems at once. Sometimes one axis needs to be converted for a different use while the other axis remains running. The problem we have is we can’t change/update the programs on the axis to be converted without stopping the axis that is running. The axes are not using the same programs.

Is there possibly a way to exclude only running programs from being updated?

At this time, it is not possible. It is on our to-do list, but is not yet scheduled to be done soon. Of course, the more requests we receive, the higher the priority will be.
