Noise Error Rate - Where do I go to change it?

I have read the help file to see where to change it, but I can’t find it anywhere. I have an encoder with a resolution of 65536 ppr, and I keep getting random Noise Error faults.

I disabled Noise Error, but now I get a No Transducer Fault.

Hi Eric,

This sounds like a 16 bit encoder. The Noise Error Rate setting is different, depending on the type of encoder signal (quadrature or SSI). Could you send a copy of your RMCTools project to support@deltamotion.com? Also, please mention what kind of encoder signal you are using for this project.
