RMC150E Level appl

I am trying to control a single servo valve that ports fluid to two cylinders. I have a string transducer on the front cylinder and a second transducer on the rear cylinder.
The Proportional value is the CV. I set the controller up for a Gear Absolute (25) and reference a 1:1 ratio, however when the application runs the Loop remains “Open”?
I have enabled the axis and the controller. What am I missing?

Are you controlling the individual positions, the average position, or something else? How are your axes defined? Have you tuned the axis yet?
