Is there a way to take one of my feedback loops (4-20mA) and send it out through one of the analog outputs to an external chart recorder?

The analog outputs are +/- 10 V. If you need 4-20 mA, you would need to convert it to current externally. If the chart recorder accepts voltage, you can use an analog ouput directly, in which case you would make a user program that continuously sends a voltage that is calculated from the 4-20 mA feedback.
